Terms and Conditions (Coffee Wave)

2. Conclusion of Contract
By placing your order, you submit a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded only with our confirmation. Orders are accepted exclusively for private use – no commercial resale.

3. Prices & Payment Terms
All prices do not include VAT (§ 19 UStG). Shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop. Your information must be correct and up to date.

4. Delivery & Ownership
We deliver exclusively within Germany and the EU. Ownership and risk transfer to you only upon handover to the shipping provider. Delivery times are non-binding; delays do not entitle you to damages.

5. Revocation & Returns
Consumers have a right of revocation for 14 days from receipt of the goods. Returns are only possible in original condition and packaging; perishable or opened goods (e.g., coffee) and personalized items are excluded. Details can be found in our revocation policy.

6. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. Information about products is given as accurately as possible, but may vary depending on screen presentation.

7. Liability
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. In case of slight negligence, we are liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, but limited to the typical foreseeable damage. Liability for data loss is excluded.

8. Ownership & Trademark Rights
All content and trademarks (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our consent.

9. Data Protection
Your data is processed according to our privacy policy and the requirements of Shopify. Details can be found in our privacy policy.

10. Changes
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. The version available at the time of purchase applies.

11. Jurisdiction & Law
German law applies. For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies.
