About the producers
Elías Roa is an experienced coffee producer from Acevedo in Huila. He runs several farms there, but Finca Tamaná in El Pital is his pride and joy. Here he has perfected his processing techniques and optimized the drying process.

He grows a wide variety of varieties, including older heirlooms and other African varieties. His plots cover a total of 54 hectares, 40 of which are in production, at an altitude of between 1,650 and 1,750 meters above sea level. During harvest season, he employs up to 60 harvest workers from Caldas, Cauca, Manizales and Tolima.

Pink Bourbon is a variety that is mainly grown in Huila, Colombia. Although relatively new, it has quickly gained popularity due to its light, sweet and aromatic profiles.
